1. What is included in your laundry service?
Our service includes wash, dry, and fold, with free pick-up and delivery.
2. Is there a minimum order for laundry pickup?
Yes, there is a 1 bag minimum.
3. Do I need to put my clothes in specific laundry bags for pickup?
No, you can place your clothes in any bag. Just make sure it’s sealed. If you have air-dry items, please put them in a separate bag labeled “air-dry.”
4. What days do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer pickup and delivery every day of the week, including Saturday.
5. Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?
No, you don’t need to be home. Simply leave your laundry outside, and we’ll handle the rest.
6. What types of detergent do you use for laundry?
We use Tide, Persil, or Kirkland, all of which are highly rated by Consumer Reports. We also offer hypoallergenic detergent upon request.
7. Can I request certain items to be hung instead of folded?
Yes, if you want specific items hung, just include hangers and note the items in the "special instructions" section of your order.
8. What if it rains when my clothes are returned?
Don’t worry. Your clothes will be returned in weather-proof sealed bags, ensuring they stay dry and protected.
9. Do you offer dry cleaning or ironing services?
Yes, we offer dry cleaning and ironing services for an additional fee upon request.
10. What happens if my clothes are lost or damaged?
While rare, if your clothes are lost or damaged, you are protected under our Garment Protection Plan. We carefully tag and handle your items to prevent any issues.
